Online reservations are required in order to take advantage of the reduced elevator access rates available to groups (no reservation necessary for stair access):
Reserve the day and hour of visit, make payment and arrange advance ticket pick-up, consult the preferential rate eligibility (not available at the Tower ticket booths).
BEFORE PURCHASING ONLINE, A FEW SUGGESTIONS…

Select
- identify your group organization (company, European Community, school, tour operator, association).
- your visit: elevator to 2nd floor (access to 1st and 2nd floors) or to the Tower top. No tickets will be sold online for visits via the stairs.
- the date and number of persons in your party (the group rates will now be indicated). Free tickets (lien vers la grille tarifaire, page tarifs) for all accompanying persons will be automatically generated in function to the number of paying tickets.

Choose time of visit
The times are shown in green. If all the times are taken, the following message will be displayed: “no tickets available for the date requested”.

Check you order
If order summary is correct, validate it. If you wish to buy other entrance tickets, add them to your basket.
- Fill out all the contact details carefully (including name and zip code). If your organization has previously completed this information, you can simply select your profile from the list that appears. If this is your first visit, you will have to complete all the required fields to create your profile.

- … and how you would like to receive your tickets
You have the possibility of printing out an e-ticket for the entire group or of receiving the group ticket by registered postal service (shipping costs are at your expense; furthermore it is necessary to make your order at least 15 days prior to your visit). You could also choose to pick up your tickets at the Tower, which is possible as soon as you have received confirmation of your order and no later than 1 hour before your planned visit.

- Check your basket before validating payment (if any information is not correct in your shopping basket, press “back to home”, empty your basket and begin the purchase order again).
No modification of date, number in your party, etc., nor reimbursement will be honored after payment has been validated*.
- Receipt of payment can be downloaded from your client access page on our reservation website at any time after purchase.

Print out your e-ticket directly on your computer or receive your electronic ticket by registered postal service (shipping costs at your expense).

When you arrive at the Eiffel Tower, you will be asked to present your electronic ticket
(no entry with only a reservation number), or go to the group ticket counter to pick up your ticket (you will be asked to show you confirmation email), depending on the option you have selected.
Attention: your e-ticket should be properly printed on letter-size paper, and must show your bar code and reservation number.
* Pursuant to article L.121.20.4 of the Consumer Code, electronic tickets are not subject to retraction. All e-ticket sales are final and no retraction claim by visitors will be honored.
